Hello,
having wished to sell my tablet, I returned it to factory settings and emptied the SD card of my tablet. It then restarted normally like the very first time I started it. The next day I finally sold the device, but the buyers noticed that the tablet was stuck on its startup screen, and since then it has been impossible to turn it off or reset it...

For the Polaroids,
Remove the battery, SIM, and SD
Plug into mains power without the cover
Reinsert the battery
Turn on
Leave it charged to a minimum of 1% (10% recommended)
Turn off the Polaroid
Unplug
Remove battery to put back the SIM + SD then battery and cover.
Turn on, recharge.
This situation seems to be due to complete battery drain.
I'm not an expert, I was lucky, because it works for me.
P.S., if you don't have an SD, don't buy one for this, it works without...
