How to find the email address associated with a Fortnite account

Hello,
I need help.
So, I can't find the email address associated with my son's Epic Games account.
He plays Fortnite, I do have an Epic Games account ID number. I wanted to log into the Epic Games account to enable A2F for him, but I can't seem to find it.
Is there a place in Fortnite that indicates which email is being used?
Or how can I find the email address associated with the ID I have on Fortnite?
