Hello,
A person I don't know has obtained personal information about me such as my first name and my Instagram. Our conversations took place on Discord, and the only thing that could have been available there was my email address. I do my best online to not share my personal information, yet I don't know how this happened.
Is it possible to obtain information like I mentioned earlier using an email address or Discord? If so, how and what should I do?

Normally yes, but in any case, this person talked to me from a Discord server, so I wonder how they could have obtained the information.
Even on my PC, there's no trace of my private data or my Instagram.
