Find personal information using an email/Discord address?

Hello,
A person I don't know has obtained personal information about me such as my first name and my Instagram. Our conversations took place on Discord, and the only thing that could have been available there was my email address. I do my best online to not share my personal information, yet I don't know how this happened.
Is it possible to obtain information like I mentioned earlier using an email address or Discord? If so, how and what should I do?

Hello, I see a lot of people pretending to be experts by talking about doxing or other things. To answer your question, he could have gotten information about you because of that.

: Did he send you a Python file that you executed?

: He could have obtained information about you with DaProfiler, which only requires a simple email address.

The rest would be unlikely to contain the information you provided to us.

Honestly, I think a hacker can get information about you through email, because email can locate you and all that, but Discord cannot.

he token grabbed you, basically he used a method to access your account without a password, to avoid this you need 2FA
