Hello,

I have a problem with my Bluetooth mouse. A few days ago, my Bluetooth mouse was working fine except that it kept disconnecting intermittently. In trying to fix this issue, I created another one. My mouse is discoverable via Bluetooth but I can't connect it because the following message appears: Try to connect your device again. I am on Bootcamp Windows 10.

I have searched extensively in forums, and I have tried several of the proposed solutions, such as:

1) Disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth in settings
2) Control Panel/Admin Tools/Services/Bluetooth Support Service/Local Account
3) Device Manager/Uninstall Bluetooth/Reboot the computer

After all these attempts, nothing works. My Bluetooth mouse and keyboard are impossible to connect when they were a few days ago.

Can a good Samaritan please help me?

Configuration: Windows / Edge 87.0.664.66

Yes, I tried to update my Bluetooth drivers. However, my mouse doesn't appear anywhere in my settings, so I don't know if the drivers are up to date.
