Video transfer sound but no image

Hello, for a long time my Asus PC has not detected my Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, despite having installed the latest USB drivers, so I bought a Micro USB to USB Female Cable and I installed the CX File Explorer app on my phone. I plug in my USB drive and connect the micro cable to my phone; the transfer goes well, then I plug my USB drive into my PC and copy images and videos into a folder. For the images, there are no issues, but for the videos, I only have sound but no images; they are MP4 videos. Any solution?

      Hi, with Windows Media Player and VLC, it's the same.

      Hi, I found the solution, I converted the MP4 videos to MPEG with AVS Video Converter and I have sound and image.
