Xiaomi - Audio lag compared to video

Question

Hello, I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's great, but the problem is that when I make a video, the sound is out of sync with the video. How do I fix this?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 84.0.4147.111

Hello, yes I've noticed a lag between the sound and the image on my Redmi Note 9 Pro. I didn't have this problem on my Redmi Note 7. I hope a future patch will fix this lip synchronization issue.

I have exactly the same problem due to the update to MIUI 12, I hope there will be a patch to fix this issue. I found nothing online to fix this problem in the meantime.

Good evening,
I have a Redmi 9.
I solved this problem like this: When you are in the camera or video. Go to the settings and choose "restore camera settings to default" (last line at the bottom of the menu). Perform the restoration at least 2 times and test by making a video. For me, it solved the sound delay issue.

You absolutely need to disable Google Assistant! For me, everything is back to normal now. The video and audio are perfectly synchronized. Phew!!!!!!
