Question

Hello, since an update of the voicemail, I can no longer make calls. The handset displays "unavailable". What should I do?   Configuration: Windows / Firefox 83.0

Is the device connected to a box?
What icons are present on the handset's screen?

Good evening,
Restoring factory settings You can restore the factory settings of the phone. 1 Select Menu>Services > Reset, then press OK to confirm. A confirmation request will appear on the handset. 2 Press OK to confirm. All settings (except for the directory and direct access keys) will be reset.
