Hello - I have a PHILIPS DU fixed phone - Model: SE765DUO Ref: SE7652N/38 - Philips GD011102026313 - The handset number 2 is not working and is indicating that the keypad is locked - What could I do, please - thank you for your advice.

Hello, A long press on the * (star) key should unlock the keyboard... See the manual on page 41  The manual: https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/s/se7652b_38/se7652b_38_dfu_eng.pdf  --  Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.                              Especially when it's not there...
