Hello,
On Tuesday, November 10th, I ordered a container of tobacco in Belgium.
This site specified that delivery would be within 48 hours via Chronopost.
I paid online. I did not receive a confirmation but didn't worry.
Two days later, my messaging was hacked.
I lost all my messages.
Since then, there has still been no delivery and no way to contact them.
Chronopost only provides information based on a tracking number that I do not have!!!
Have I been scammed?
I would like to point out that the payment has been debited from my account.

As for your messaging, it's not certain that there is a cause and effect relationship... but if you had a weak password, it's possible that the scammers from that bogus tobacco sales site managed to access it... In fact, see if it is still possible for you to change the password (which is not certain, if they have for example changed the recovery number or the backup email address that you were theoretically supposed to register...)
Still regarding this email address... check if you had left any confidential information in it that the scammer could use to their advantage in one way or another and notify the contacts in your address book (linked to this messaging) that you have been hacked and that they should be very careful with any messages that might seem to come from you....
My son took care of changing all my access codes.
In November, I only had problems like this.
Still no internet reinstallation. Cancellation and reconnection fees.
Plenty of other little inconveniences. This new neighbor seems to be bringing me bad luck!
Indeed, it's very likely that the hacking came from responding to the "Outlook" request which was actually phishing... However, this request may still be related to purchases from shady sites (tobacco...) where email addresses are collected and targeted for scam attempts...
On the other hand, the overridden line... that falls under a dispute created by a careless operator... who "steals" the connection they need by hooking up another user....
In short, without wanting to be "unkind"... I think (aside from the last point) that you're bringing bad luck upon yourself by visiting "risky" sites and not taking sufficient precautions against the phishing risk!
As for the activation of my line, no!
But since October 30, the day I was informed of the situation, as well as the day I requested the reactivation, my operator confirmed the restoration of the network on November 17 (15 days of waiting, I found that already long), the day arrives and ... nothing!!!
I should mention that to contact this operator, you can only chat; it's impossible to talk to them.
So I chat for hours and hours to receive the same responses: I understand you, ma'am, I'm sorry for this wait, I'm doing everything I can to speed up the activation of your line, etc...
However, today, Monday, November 23, I am informed of the reactivation of my line... on December 6!!!
There's really enough to "lose it"!
