Hello, I would like to buy from a website but I don't know if it's a scam site or not and I would like to get some opinions!
The website is https://www.ralphlauren.fr/?ab=Geo_iFR_rUS_dFR&locale=fr_FR
One might think it's the official site but I don't believe so and I would like to know if it is reliable or not!
Thank you for responding ;)

How to tell if a site is reliable? A bit of common sense...
1) Customer service contact
- It has a real customer service address. A real customer service address is not from hotmail, yahoo, or gmail. For example, http://www.marquesolde.com/: "frmarie@hotmail.com" is NOT a good customer service address.
- There is a phone number, not overloaded, for customer service.
2) Payment methods offered
- The site allows payment by credit card and PayPal at a minimum. These are the payment methods that guarantee you a certain level of security. Western Union = scam!
- The PayPal account (indicated at the top left) is not a name like "pollydoodle@hotmail.com". NO company would create a PayPal account like that. Does it smell like a scamming individual?
3) The site name
- The site name is NOT a variation of a major brand name with the addition of "on sale", "cheap", etc.
4) Counterfeit = scam?
Sometimes, counterfeit sites really deliver...most of the time, they do not. If the site offers counterfeit items that you should have noticed (yes, Louis Vuitton shoes for €50, Armani glasses for €15, on a site called marquesapascher.com, you MUST know that it's counterfeit):
- you are legally responsible
- and therefore cannot claim any insurance related to payment by credit card or PayPal.
A site doesn't just scam you for the €50 you put into a pair of shoes: it can keep your credit card data, reuse it... It's not easy to claim insurance and file a complaint when it's YOU who gave the information to a counterfeit site.
So use a bit of common sense, and trust serious, honest, known sites, having a minimum presence in the real world... and protect yourself (or don’t come crying on sites like this yelling about scams).

I would like to know if the site wear-supply is reliable, is it safe. How do the transactions take place? Thank you for your response!
Hello,
I recently ordered from this site.
It "seems" that this is the official site...
Their announced delivery times are a few days, but I received the delivery after more than 15 days.
The order came from Italy and then went through Paris.
The site is very good.
It's a shame that the received products do not match the photos, neither in color nor in descriptions.
All the products were marked made in China.
Very disappointed with the items, all sent back at my expense and I am waiting for the refund.

Hi Martin, so did you go to this site http://www.planetpromo.sitodi.com and is it good or not? It's true that there are some nice offers, but do we actually receive the merchandise? Good question, lol!!! I'm Brandon and I'm looking for brand name clothes like Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Guess, Dior, D&G, etc... Thanks for getting back to me as soon as possible. I have a site you probably know, it's gladfashion. They say it's not serious, but I ordered and I received it, and honestly, the quality is good. You can definitely try the sneakers and see for yourself. Talk to you later, I’m waiting for your reply.
I ordered from Wear Supply at first everything was honest, and then they tried to scam me by only sending half of the order and they stand their ground by saying that everything was sent. They put heavy items in or on the package to make it weigh more during shipping. They are scammers!!!
I do not recommend doing business with them.

Hello, I just placed an order on this site wear-supply and I must admit it's not my first. In fact, I have already placed 4 orders before, including: Nike Air, football jerseys, football shoes, Diesel jeans, Ralph Lauren polo shirts...
I can't guarantee that they are official products because I have my own doubts due to the price, but I can assure you that they are very good quality products, durable; for example: a pair of Air Max lasted me a year and a half with regular use.
I will let you know if my order that I just placed went as well as the previous ones, but I’m not too worried.
As for those who are wondering how to order: You just need to add the contact on MSN, tell them that you want to place an order and they will explain everything.
Have a nice day!

Hello,
I would like your opinion on this site: http://www.ralphlaurengrossistes.com/
Do you think it is reliable?
Perhaps some of you have already ordered from it?

You shouldn't trust the nice presentations of websites. Personally, I wouldn't order from there. Or maybe just a very small order of the cheapest item to test. But if you want to order cheaply, I recommend: http://wear-supply.com/ :)
Is the website you provided reliable?
Because the jacket I wanted is even cheaper on there than on my site!

Yes, you can read my comment above, I've already placed 5 orders on it, one of which should arrive at the beginning of next week :)
Ok, thank you very much for your help even though I admit that the price is quite suspicious, €78 for the jacket instead of €250
Moreover, the place to place the order is quite odd, by email...

I also think so, but I can assure you 100% that the website I sent you is reliable. In fact, I myself placed an order amounting to 147 euros including shipping, for: 3 football jerseys + shorts, a pair of shoes, a pair of sunglasses (yes, I know it's winter but I'm planning ahead :), a complete Real Madrid tracksuit and a little something for a third person :).
I don't know, because I've had a lot of stuff, ordered a lot of different clothes, and it's all really good quality. I think so anyway, but in any case if that's the case, it's very similar to the real thing (I'm speaking from experience, since I've already gone a few times to compare my soccer jerseys with those from Decathlon and: ... nothing, no criticism... nothing noticed!)

Problem with online shopping on the Ralph Lauren website.
Indeed, RL uses UPS for shipping its packages (€10 shipping fee).
There are numerous delivery issues; for my part, my package was lost at the UPS logistics center...
You have been warned now.
Have a good day.
