Good evening

Equipped with a base + 1 handset
For some time now, none of the buttons on the handset work :(
I've tried pressing the unlock button for a long time, but nothing happens
I've read the manual back and forth, and haven't found any solutions

Charging is OK, battery is OK

Do you have any ideas?
Thank you for your help

    Hello,
Did you hold down the # (hash) key?

What does the screen on the handset display?

Have you tried removing the batteries for a good minute?

    Hello,
Thank you for responding so quickly.
Yes, I have tried several times to press and hold the # key.
    Nothing happens, no button works.
The phone is fully charged and only displays the "2" INT and MENU number.
Yes, I removed the batteries and put in new ones.
    Maybe trying new rechargeable batteries?

It does not display the battery status? Nor date and time?
Does a long press on the "Hang Up" button turn the handset off and on or not?

If you press the "Paging" button on the base, does it ring?
Does it ring during a call?

Yes, it displays the battery status, but not the time and date.
I did try to turn it off, but the button doesn’t respond.
No, it doesn’t ring when I place it on the base and press "paging."
The base does not recognize the handset "1."

Try swapping the batteries from the working handset with those from the "sick" one.
If the problem persists with the same handset, remove the batteries for more than an hour...
and if nothing changes... I'm afraid the handset is very worn out.

    Hello
After a night of charging with new batteries: NO change :(
the keys don't work, it seems like there is no connection with the internal board
The base doesn't recognize the "sick" handset, even though it is already identified as "2" on the display.
You're right, this handset is very, very worn out.
I'll see if I can find another second-hand one. If it works, I'll keep you updated
Thank you for your good advice,
    Have a great Sunday

No need to necessarily find an AS18H, normally all DECT handsets are likely to work with a DECT base (even of different brands).

    Hello
As agreed, I'm writing to inform you that everything is now working after purchasing a new handset. Registration went smoothly with the base.
    Everything is resolved
Thank you again for all your good advice
    Have a great day
