Disable Free Wifi secure

Hello,
I use the parental control of Freebox Companion to regulate my boys' internet access. But since they have a Free Mobile subscription for 2 euros, they have access to Free Wifi Secure that I want to disable. I've seen tutorials and accessed the Freebox OS. However, when I connect to free.wifi.fr, I get the message "Unknown IP" and therefore I can't access the code that would allow me to disable Free Wifi Secure. Of course, Free's customer service is unreachable.

    Good evening,

I have been with Free since almost the beginning.
I have fiber, and recently, www.wifi.free.fr returns the same Daclareunion message but through the subscriber area:

So, I maintain that the Freewifi, whether secure or not, is managed by the subscriber as it always has been!

And to back up my claim: https://www.free.fr/assistance/2303.html

    Paragraph 4:
You have the option to disable your FreeWiFi hotspot from wifi.free.fr via the link Disable my hotspot, after you have logged in. This operation will cancel the ability to access FreeWiFi hotspots.

What has changed is that access is apparently no longer done via wifi.free.fr, contrary to what is stated in the assistance.

Super, thank you, I feel like it’s working. My phone no longer sees wi-fi SécurE.
