Headphone mode that won't turn off!

Hello,

I have a big problem... My headphone mode won't turn off even if I unplug and replug my headphones! It just happened out of the blue! I would like to test a way to manually turn off the headphone mode in case I want to put it back on when I want to listen to something with my headphones! Thank you for your visit.

PS: I have an LG Optimus L7. I used to have an LG Optimus Black and I switched because the headphone jack was broken.

    Hello,

    The headset must remain connected to the mobile device if you wish to deactivate or activate the headphone mode. If the problem persists, you can perform the latest update if it has not been done.

      Hello, indeed I just had the issue with the headset that remains activated. I simply followed the advice, in fact I did the update and everything is back to normal. Thank you again for this advice, have a great day.
