Hello, I have the same problem with a package I ordered for my 2-month-old son on Cdiscount on 16/10/2020, and today is 12/11/2020. I contacted Cdiscount, who got in touch with the seller. The seller replied that he confirmed my package has indeed arrived in France and gave me the tracking number. When I track the package, it shows that my package arrived in France on 27/10/20 in TREMPLAY EN FRANCE ROISSY PIAC. I don’t understand why my package is still there and hasn’t arrived at its destination. Is this normal? Because it’s the first time I’m having this kind of issue with the tons of packages I’ve ordered from outside France (China). Please tell me that you have received your package and that it hasn’t been destroyed. I haven’t paid for my order yet; should I ask the seller for a refund or wait until the end of November 2020? I don’t know what to do, and it stresses me out that I still haven’t received it. Best regards,

    it can take a while, especially at the moment, it all depends on how long he has been at Roissy. But if it’s been too long, don’t hesitate to follow up by telling them.

      OK thanks. But have you received your package yet or still nothing? I contacted the seller to let him know that I will wait until the end of November and if I still don't hear anything by then, I would like to be refunded as soon as possible.

        Yes, I recently received a package, but there are different sellers on C-Discount, mine was not shipped from China... I believe the maximum legal delivery time is 30 days, so you are completely within your rights to make a claim right now.
