- Shipped to the relay point: the item has been sent.

- Delivered to the relay point: the item is delivered to the relay point.

As you just pointed out: after confirmation of delivery, we can go pick it up.

The subscribers of CCM, who are individuals like you and me, have no contact with CDiscount or the various Pick-up Points they use.

Moreover, the staff are only supposed to respond if you provide them with an order number. Ask them if you have received a delivery notice containing the phone number of the pickup point.

But no one says if the delivery person will have or take the time to make the delivery in question in the morning; in short, it's urgent to wait.

Moreover, I doubt the reliability of a delivery date automatically provided after the order. As for the delivery people, they sometimes check the box "recipient absent" even though they never showed up.

Aside from these fairly common cases, not long ago a delivery person dropped off a package for me at a bakery in a remote neighborhood not even in my city but in the neighboring town, one I had never heard of, probably because it was a way for him to shorten his route.

Hello,

They usually do not send an invoice but various follow-up emails regarding the item specifying its nature, followed by a SMS about its delivery; this is again the case for a package (which I am sure of) that I have to pick up at a pickup point today.

Potential scams include fake links related to the order of an imaginary item (usually very expensive to provoke a reaction from people), but not to its physical delivery.
