I ordered a product from CDiscount, but I was not home during the delivery... and now I just received an email saying that the package has been returned to their services.
I would like to know how to retrieve it?

Hello,
Depending on the means of transport, normally, when a package has not been delivered, it is kept for a short period at the carrier's.
So, you need to contact the carrier to find out if the package is still with them.
