Amazon package stuck in the same location for 5 days

I would like to know if there is something I can do to unlock an Amazon package that has now been stuck at the CARVIN PAS DE CALAIS center for 5 days (I live in Toulouse). It’s a Zalman Z11+ case, it’s a gift for my boyfriend and I’m afraid it might have been stolen. Is it possible?
I have been ordering about 50 times a year on Amazon for 4 years and I have never had such an issue, everything arrived within 4 days max after shipping, especially with La Poste as the courier (private package/adrexo is another story)
Thank you for enlightening me on the reason for this blockage, I am worried.

    I'm coming in late, but for others....
    Only the sender can call the Post Office and have a chance of getting a response. The recipient has no rights. That's how it is.
    So you need to call Amazon (it's free, they will call you back, you just need to go to "contact") and explain the situation to them, and they will take care of shaking things up with the distributor or sending the product back if it has "disappeared."
    They are super efficient, and these are tedious steps for an individual who is also being brushed off by the Post Office.

      collissimo is the post and we do indeed have a number after ordering to see where this order is at the post office and to track the order from A to Z.

        Of course, we can track it with the tracking number, but as the recipient, we have no rights regarding claims. Only the sender is authorized to file a complaint.
        This is specified in the Colissimo terms and conditions, and that’s what you are told when you make a claim...

      Indeed, I forgot to give an update.
      My package never arrived, and after contacting customer service (after a certain waiting period imposed nonetheless), I was refunded. Case closed, but still concerning.
