Hello, it's Saturday. We received the tablet on Monday, so it's new! It worked very well until today. My friend plugged it in last night, I unplugged it this morning but it was off. I suspected overheating or something like that. I tried turning it back on by holding down the on/off button for a long time, nothing happened. I tried the reset button, nothing. Both simultaneously, nothing. The on button at the same time as volume up, nothing. The same with volume down, still nothing. In despair, I thought I would reset it through the PC, and the moment I plugged it in, it turned back on! I was so happy, but not for long... When I tried to unlock the screen, it froze, so I had to turn it off again! But since then, the PC doesn't recognize it, so I feel stuck! I only have basic computer skills, so if someone could help me... Thank you in advance.

Yes, I know, so if it still doesn't work on Monday we'll do that, but if there's a way to avoid struggling with the warranty process, plus the time it might take, that would be great!
