Hello,
I can no longer log into my Caisse d'Épargne app
I have a problem with the mobile app, it crashed on my phone, I reinstalled it, and since then I can't log in. I have the correct identifier, just to clarify! I’m using the same identifier on the website and it works, but on the app, I get an error message "connection error please check the information entered and try again," I don’t understand! Knowing that it works on my partner's phone!
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? What should I do, thank you

    I'm encountering the same problem. I can log into my account on my computer, but not on my mobile. Overnight, it's impossible to connect; uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. The big issue is that to perform actions like transfers, you need to confirm with the mobile app in real time... I’m willing, but CONNECTION IMPOSSIBLE... The red disk spins infinitely, indicating 'please hold on'... Until the session expires... I’ll try to do it at the counter, too bad. Disappointed with the situation.
