Philips TV stuck

Hello, I have a problem with my Philips television, it stays stuck on the upgrade menu, although not all the time; after several attempts, it can return to normal TV mode, but it remains very unpredictable.
I tried to do the update, but the USB reader does not recognize the drives ????
So if you could help me, that would be great

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug it back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory settings reset" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

      I've already done all that, so either it stays on the upgrade menu or by chance it goes back to normal, very random.
