Hello,
my Philips TV 42PFL3522D is stuck in digital mode and only the sound works. I turned it off and pressed the menu button but nothing happened. Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 63.0.3239.84

Knowing that other people have had the same problem and that the manipulation to be performed has not been provided, perhaps only in private.

There are certified speakers from Philips on this forum... they will certainly make themselves known... good luck!

Maybe someone from Philips?
Given that the same problem with the same TV model has already been mentioned here, but it was resolved through a phone conversation between the requester and the Philips technician...-

Did you try the controls without the remote, but using the built-in keyboard on the TV? : And with the built-in keyboard, it didn't work either?

Hello...
Try unplugging it from the wall for a while....

I turned it off: I said "unplug", not turn off...

Have you tried the controls without the remote, but using the built-in keyboard on the TV?

Yes, that's right, I unplugged the TV for 15 to 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and pressed the menu button on the front panel of the TV for 15 seconds.
I also tried pressing volume- and program- simultaneously (as seen in the manual to exit factory mode, just in case).
I'm still stuck on the digital TV channel in setup mode. I have no more ideas.

So, let's wait for Philips... I'll report to them.

Hello,
I sent a private message to the certified Philips representative... It’s one of the possible processes with the help call to the CCMista office ;-)

I did indeed delete a message in the Video/TV forum, a message that duplicated this one.
Chris94 asked you to contact one of the certified representatives of PHILIPS on our forums.
There are at least two.
Namely Support Philips and SupportPhilipsSound
So you just need to send them a PM.
The procedure for doing this was provided by Chris94 in the link from message 23
For your information, here is the list of certified representatives

Edit: However, do not expect miracles, as the interventions of these representatives from Philips mostly consist of advising to contact customer service

Well... since you have a "menu" button, you must be able to navigate through it and exit this menu....
