Philips TV stuck in digital mode at startup

Hello,

my Philips TV 20PFL5522D/12 always defaults to digital mode when I turn it on, whereas before it would go directly to the last selected source (HDMI 1 or EXT 3).

I've searched, but I can't find how to prevent it from going directly to digital mode.

Turn on one of the devices connected to HDMI sources 1 or Ext 3 before turning on the television...

OK, because I looked online and this TV is not able to receive digital terrestrial television without a digital terrestrial adapter...

Otherwise, check that the cables are properly plugged in.

No one has the solution, I have 3 TVs, 2 of which are 20 inches and one is 23 inches, all the same model, and one of them doesn't boot properly :/

How can I reset it to factory settings?

If it doesn't start, it's impossible to reset it...
For the others, refer to the manual...

It works fine except that one is stuck in digital mode when I turn it on, I have to change the channel while the other 2 boot up fine on the last selected channel.

It must be set up or stuck in digital mode but I can't reset it properly,

I tried the trick of turning on the TV and holding the menu button on the TV for 20 seconds to reset it but it didn't work,

by the way, when I press the menu button on the TV nothing happens.

Try to completely disconnect (eliminate) the SCART cable and then test!
