Hello,
I'm discovering the SyncBack software, which seems complete to me.
I've managed to do almost everything I wanted.
I'm experiencing a blockage during the backup test. I get the error "Examination failed (5): Access denied" as it cannot access the recycle bin of the shared folder on my NAS.
Is there a way to exclude the recycle bin in the destination, as I don't have the rights to access it for security reasons, and mainly because it is not needed for the backup?
Thank you for your help.

Hello
I suppose that when you open SyncBack, you have a window with one or more backup profile(s)!?
Right-click on the profile that interests you and choose Edit...
There you should have a button "Select Subfolders and Files"
In the list, uncheck the folder corresponding to the recycle bin.
Catch you later
