Hello,

I received a touchscreen tablet as a gift from BNP PRESS. I need to connect the tablet to the keyboard, making it like a laptop. I did that, but I can't lift the screen. I feel like the "hinge" isn't moving. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

      I also had this case this morning, so I took the risk to force it... and the screen is lifting now...

    It opens when it is charged (6 hours), but it is a bit stiff.

    GOOD EVENING,
    I received the same one, from the postal press service, the KL4889B, and I also had this issue; by gently lifting but with some force, I managed to open it.... now it opens more easily... without forcing. Otherwise, it works very well after a fairly simple initialization..
