KLIPAD KL 6889 Tablet

Hello,

My tablet is stuck on KLIPAD, I can't do anything and moreover, I keep hearing a woman's voice repeating everything if I touch another command.
I've tried several times with "reboot system now" but nothing unlocks and it always goes back to the same voice!
How can I unlock it?

    I’ve tried twice but nothing has worked. I still hear the woman’s voice and I can’t do anything.
    I found my instruction manual where there’s a phone number; I will call them.
