Hello, I can't connect the keyboard with the keyboard, what can I do? Thank you    Configuration: Windows / Firefox 70.0

Hello and Happy New Year to Everyone.

1°) Place the tablet on the keyboard.

2°) Slide the tablet all the way onto the keyboard to form a unit.

3°) In front, at the center, you open it.

For my part, I didn't open it all the way, but in between I saw the apps lit up.

Apparently, we are going to discover it together... Hoping for good usage and that it lasts us a long time.

Same issue with the KL4898 model. Keyboard not detected by the tablet, no On/Off or Bluetooth button on the keyboard, cables (USB and charger) in perfect working condition.
I contacted Klipad support by email (support*at*kliverfrance.fr) and they replied that the keyboard must be defective and to send it back for exchange.

I have the same problem with the keyboard  I think it's much more likely to be a major bug than a keyboard malfunction.
