Hello,
I would like to place my first order on the Cdiscount website for collection at a Numéricable store nearby. My order has been confirmed, but I received the following message in an email: "You have 7 days to present yourself with the barcode below. The registration of your payment in-store will validate your order and trigger its preparation."
So, I rushed to the store in question and presented this famous barcode, but the person told me that it doesn’t work like that, that I have to wait for delivery...
So now I don't understand anything, and I don't want to call (which is charged) Cdiscount to get a proper answer ^^ If I'm posting in the wrong forum, please correct the issue because I didn't know which forum to choose.

Logically, your pickup point is right.
Cdiscount ships the package, then you are informed that the package has indeed arrived.
And then, you go to the pickup point to collect the package.
So, the best thing to do would be to contact Cdiscount to get confirmation.
Either by calling them or by sending them an email.
