Hello, my Note 9 Pro suddenly turned off when I had 6 or 7% battery left, and since then I can't turn it back on. Whenever I try to power it on or force a restart, the home screen (with the Redmi logo) lights up for a brief moment (half a second) and is replaced by the battery icon in the middle of the screen for a few seconds. When I charge it, the same battery icon appears in the middle of the screen but stays frozen (no sign of charging).
Can you help me?

Hello, let your battery charge for 1 or 2 hours and if it's still the same, have your battery tested by a professional who will change it if necessary.

Hello, I had already charged it for more than an hour (longer than necessary for a full charge) but nothing worked, I spammed the forced restart about ten times without success. I just put it to charge and miraculously it seems to be charging normally (the battery icon is filling up)
