Blurry photos with Redmi Note 9 Pro

Hello,
I can't take sharp photos with my Redmi Note 9 Pro. The app name is com.adroid.camera version 4.0
I've installed other camera apps but the problem remains the same. The photo is blurry at zoom 1. It's sharp at zoom 0.6 but even with high photo quality, the photo is not clean after cropping. It's as if the focus is set on a nearby object, not on a wide view.
In the system settings, everything is up to date.
I'm losing hope and thank you in advance for your responses.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 88.0.4324.181

Hi, sorry for the late reply,
Indeed, it often happens that photos taken with the Redmi 9 family are blurry.
The steps to fix this problem are as follows:
- clean the camera lens (with a slightly damp cotton swab)
- place the phone down to take the photo (with a timer) (to avoid shaking)
- check the resolution and set it properly.
PS: I would like to remind you that the zoom on Xiaomi Redmi is not very stable.
Best regards,

I'm reaching out to you because I'm experiencing exactly the same issue and I can't resolve it even after following your instructions.
It's the same on my side.
For a few days now, I can't take photos at 1 and above. At 0.6 up to 0.9 it's fine. In inverse mode, it's fine...
Have you found the solution?
Hello, I just had the same problem as you, did you get a response?
Thank you
