Non-existent support decoinparis

After ordering and paying for a piece of furniture on the decoinparis site, I received my delivery after 4 months.
The assembly plan for the kit furniture turns out to be incorrect, the order of installation is not right. This was confirmed to me by their technician.
It's a feat to assemble it, over 100 screws, and there are missing holes for some screws. In the end, I notice that there is a manufacturing defect.
And this is where things get seriously complicated. To return a defective piece of furniture, I have to hire a delivery company at my own expense, ... without any guarantee of getting a refund. Moreover, decoinparis takes over a week to respond to me during our various exchanges, which makes it impossible to meet the legal deadline of 15 days.
To this day, the matter has remained unresolved because the cost of a legal procedure will exceed that of the furniture, and apparently, they are aware of this...
Is it necessary to say that I do not recommend this site ...
