Hello, following an increase in my Free plan, how do I disable the one-time service? They make us swallow nonsense, 16 euros more on my plan and every month an increase.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 86.0.4240.75

Hello,

The occasional services from Free correspond to subscriptions you have subscribed to, most likely a VOD service.
Unless there's an error on Free's part, they're not making you "swallow nonsense," as you so elegantly put it.
You need to unsubscribe from the service.

I agree with you. This is downright a scam. I'm also discovering these 3 euros taken from me without my knowledge on my last bill. I didn't take any steps or subscriptions! When my trust is deceived, it will go quickly with me: I am changing my provider! Enough. NG

Actually no, I just went through my bill and, surprise: it says special number called ... guess what? It's 3214. I'm shocked!!! I called indeed because my TV had a problem and we did some troubleshooting. It's outrageous and especially dishonest!!!

Hello,

The Free number is not 3214 but 3244, it's free from a Free line, and it's charged not by Free but by another operator otherwise.

In many cases, there are alternatives via Chat or internet support.

If you called 3214 or any other premium rate number because you don't know how to press buttons or read the general terms or rates, Free is not to blame.

Despite the date, I am responding; I just had a similar experience +5€ on the bill
indicated service to third parties

After calling, Free replied that the previous month (they gave me the exact date) I had called a premium-rate number 08

So this could correspond to the communications made to special numbers
