Cancel all my one-time services

Hello,
I am currently under a 24-month contract with Bouygues Telecom with a classic plan. I just changed it and on August 13, 2011, I will have a Neo 4 plan.
I was told that by changing my plan, all my one-time services would be canceled.
I wanted to know if this is true because I have never subscribed to that even though it is written on all my bills:
"Your one-time services
WAP KKO Ringtones Subscription
WAP Fnac Ringtones 3?
WAP EveruTones 2?"
This still costs me 8€ a month.
If not, do you have a solution to my problem?
