Question

Hello, Can you tell me how to display French on a remote-controlled weather station LIDL (AURIOL 4-LD5380)? Thank you.

Good evening. You need to press the "set" button for 3 seconds. Then press "set" again until "English" starts blinking. After that, press the up arrow until "French" appears and press "set" again.

Does the temperature update from the 3 probes work correctly on the base station? For me, the temperature from the probes never changes.

The only thing that works is when we manually update it ourselves, but it lasts only the time of a resynchronization and it's super annoying consequently  If someone has a solution or a tip ....

Hello,
Regarding the temperature updates, I've noticed that the probes send data every 1'20''
However, the central station "seems to listen" much less regularly, perhaps every hour as a nice answering machine specifies.
As for the batteries, they are over a year old.
If you are far from the transmitter (southwest in my case), it’s a bit of a hassle for synchronization, but at night, with the display facing either north or south (roughly towards Germany where the DCF77 transmitter is located), synchronization does occur.
Somewhat more for playful use in my opinion, it's a shame the central station doesn't update more often, but that would, of course, compromise battery life.
As for the price...
