"Unable to access Adobe servers"

Hello,

It has been a month since my Creative Cloud displays this message: "Unable to access Adobe servers, please check your firewall settings, make sure the date and time settings on your computer are correct, and then try again." However, I have checked these settings (firewall and date and time), and everything seems correct. My internet connection is working, my computer (MacBook Pro) is up to date... I can still use the software from the Adobe suite, but since Creative Cloud does not launch, I can no longer update them or, for example, access Adobe Fonts.

I have gone through all the different help procedures on the Adobe website, but nothing works. I ended up creating a new administrator account, and to my surprise, everything works. Until I go back and the same problem occurs, "unable to access Adobe servers"…

I also tried to "repair" the Creative Cloud software by uninstalling it, but to no avail. I don't know what to do anymore, and I am starting to feel lost when I checked the Adobe certificates in Keychain Access and approved them without it making any difference.

Hello, the best option would be to go through the Creative Cloud instant messaging so that an Adobe operator can take control of your computer and resolve the issue. It works every time for me, anyway.

Best regards.
