Hello
When I start my computer, it powers on fine, but when I click on any windows on the desktop, for example on "This PC," it doesn't open and shows this message:
The server process could not be restarted because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.
Please, do you have a solution to this problem? I can no longer do anything; all my work is in these windows that I can't even open.
Help me. Thank you, I hope to get a quick response, and thanks in advance.

Hello,
Start a System Restore from the "Repair my computer" menu. To do this, restart your computer, and before the Windows logo appears, tap the F8 key, a menu will appear. Select Repair my computer and press the Enter key on your keyboard. Follow the tutorial instructions. For more information or further assistance, read the section Windows 7 Recovery Options
TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAGE CAREFULLY - DO NOT PERFORM A FACTORY RESET!
Note: System Restore does not cause data loss; it reloads a previous "image" of Windows. Be careful to read properly, do not choose a Factory Reset otherwise you will lose all your data!
