Hello,
I have a problem when I try to enter my password to log into my Windows 7 session, an error occurs and says: "The RPC server is unavailable,"
do you have any ideas about what might be causing this issue, please?
Reminder: I can't log into my session, so I can't access the start menu...

Launch a System Restore from the "Repair my computer" menu. To do this, restart, press the F8 key before the Windows logo appears, and a menu will appear. Select Repair my computer and press the enter key on your keyboard. Follow the tutorial prompts. For more information or additional help, read the section Windows 7 recovery options
TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAGE CAREFULLY - DO NOT PERFORM A FACTORY RESTORE!
Note: System Restore does not cause data loss; it reloads a previous "image" of Windows. Be careful to read thoroughly, do not choose a Factory Restore otherwise you will lose all your data!
