Unable to delete emails in Yahoo

First, check if Google Chrome is up to date by clicking on the three vertical dots located in the top right corner of the browser and going to Help > About Chrome.

Then check if JavaScript is enabled. Go to chrome://settings and click on Advanced settings. Under Privacy and security, go to Content settings. Select JavaScript and enable the option.

If you have added extensions to Chrome, try opening a private browsing window and go to Yahoo Mail. Private browsing will disable extensions.
If the new Yahoo interface works, return to normal browsing and disable all extensions. Then enable each extension one by one to see which one interferes with Yahoo. After enabling an extension, refresh the tab and test the email functions.

I have carefully followed your advice and the problem persists.. GRRR. I am going to my son's at the end of the week and he might be able to help me more easily since I am bringing my laptop (it's a Lenovo ideapad 110).
