Hello
Scam? That's what some people say..
https://www.finanzfrage.net/g/frage/ist-die-fairmount-gmbh-eine-abzocke
Have you hung out on a Dateyard or some other obscure dating site? In other words, does this thing display a real debt?
Fairmount is just one among thousands of debt collection agencies wielding threat after threat to bend the peasant..
Generally, it is advised not to comply..
Amount at stake?
See you+

Thank you for your response
Yes, I had signed up on a dating site.
I had taken a one-month subscription and apparently, it was automatically renewable.
At the time of the events, I paid for one month, then the following month I received an email from the site saying that my credit card did not work properly and to pay the amount of €39.90, which I did not do. Then I received an email from Fairmount threatening me to pay €98.90 otherwise my case would go to a law firm, so I paid the amount owed to Fairmount and the dating site... I was charged over several months by the dating site, then I blocked my credit card to get a new one... and now I am still receiving emails from the site and now from Fairmount. I still have to pay €98.90 with a deadline.... and apparently, I need to send a termination form by fax to the site to no longer deal with this dating site and Fairmount... I don’t know what to do.
I have the same problem as you, have you found a solution?
