I have an Asus TP410U laptop and I forgot my PIN code, and the fingerprint recognition no longer wants to recognize me. What should I do to log in again?

    In case you forget your password, the fingerprint, if it belongs to you, should work; otherwise, we have no means or rights to bypass it. That's why you used this optional anti-theft protection.

    There may be a failure related to a malfunction of the hard drive, but fingerprint protections cannot be bypassed just like a bank card, except for special state services.
