Unable to adjust brightness Windows 10

Hello, I just built my PC, here is my configuration: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega 11 graphics processor, Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE (BIOS version F52), 2 X DDR4 3200 MHz.

I am running Windows 10 Professional, I have been trying to change the brightness for 2 days but it's impossible.

While doing some research, I found that the problem originated from the graphics driver update, I followed these steps to the letter but nothing changed! I downloaded several updates for the graphics driver (both the latest and older versions while restarting the PC each time) but still the same result, I cannot change the brightness!

I wonder if anyone else has had roughly the same problem.

Hello
You don't need to intervene in Device Manager if your Gigabyte B450 AORUS "Chipset" drivers are properly installed.

Once installed and rebooted on Windows 10, the brightness option is available in Settings, System, Display.

But you should also have this option directly on your screen, it depends on the model.

Cheers

If this answer helped you: a small thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top is better ;-)

Let the one who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse.

Hello, first of all thank you for your input.

All my drivers are correctly installed and updated, but when I go into the settings to change the brightness (like you did) Windows doesn't give me the option to adjust the brightness!
