        When they post the video (but it's very rare since they lose all means of blackmail this way) ... it is quickly deleted...

        The only cases I've heard of are those where the individuals had started to pay and didn't want to anymore (since it never stops once the target begins) ... So, in those cases, they try to publish an "excerpt"... to increase the pressure...

        In other cases, they make it seem like they have published it by showing the victim a fake video site... created for the occasion... (it's poorly done, but good enough to deceive someone who is already stressed...)
