Hello
The word "mute" has been displaying on my TV since yesterday, and I've checked that the mode is not activated, the volume is at maximum but nothing works. When I plug in the console, the sound works. I've tried changing the HDMI cables but nothing helps. Can you assist me?

It's already done. Is it really the button with the speaker bar?

yes, that's right. Or maybe the remote control batteries are weak..?

There might be headphones plugged in that are cutting off the audio..??

What is the console connected to..?? When does the audio work..??

What model of Tucson is it..??

The TV is new, it's 15 days old, the batteries are new, and there are no headphones. The console works with sound and is connected with an HDMI cable. I tried swapping the cables but the problem remains the same. Could it be an issue with the SFR decoder? What's strange is that the word MUTE is displayed at the bottom of the screen and doesn't change, whereas when I press the mute button on the remote, it works normally.

    Hello,
Who provides the picture to this television? A decoder or a TV box?
So it's on the remote control of this box or the decoder that you need to adjust the volume.

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
