Menu Display Issues on TUCSON TV

Hello,

I have a TUCSON TL3204BMS14 TV, but for some time now, I can’t access the menus using the remote control!

Only the menu frame appears, but the text inside does not.... So, I can’t navigate through the menus, or I have to do it completely blindly.

It’s strange, I know, but I don’t know what to do... I can’t even reset the TV.

    I think a quote is necessary from a repair service or to check with the warranty if it is still valid.
