TUCSON TV remote control

Hello, I own a Tucson television that I bought from LECLERC, but the remote control works very poorly. I asked the store to exchange it for me, but unfortunately, they don’t have any. Where could I get a new remote control that is not universal?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

I also have a Tucson TV from Leclerc, I have plenty of problems but not with the remote control... It’s the buttons that don’t work well, that’s it?
