I just restarted the installation and still nothing. I reinstalled the G200 Neo software and the blue label driver; I even tried with the black label from v1. I also just tried to install the 600 software; I saw online that it was compatible with the Neo G200 v2 and still nothing.

    Thank you for the message
the label is blue. I tried reinstalling the software and the driver, but my computer still doesn't recognize it and shows an error.

Installation_G200(Neo)V2.exe, is that the name of the installer you are using?

I installed the application on my PC, out of curiosity...
and in the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\AlerteGPS\G200V2\driver
the latest version of the driver is Windows 7...

which would mean that with Windows 10 it wouldn't work. What to do?

    Hello,

I don't have this device, but okay...

If you only install this one (uninstall first)
    https://www.wikangolive.com/software/Install_600_by_Wikango_multi.exe
    What does it give?
Who indicates that it doesn't recognize it?
Did you try turning it off or on before or after launching the program?
Install the program with your device plugged in and/or unplugged.... There may be a specific order to follow.

Additional information after looking at the manual:

Let's say the software is the program and the driver is that of the label (or vice versa)
first install the USB driver (label), device unplugged
then the other program, device unplugged
    then plug in your device
    then launch the program

    Revised modification and addition:
    http://www.wikango.com/support/fr/G200NEO/Aide_Mise_en_conformite_G200NEO.pdf
here, modify the procedure, contradicting the image from the manual, plug it in during the driver installation (label) so that it is recognized.

Did you see the latest link added to my message?
The procedure at the bottom seems more up to date.

It might be more efficient and unusual to continue rather than to install Windows 7 on another PC.

On Windows 10, we could check if an unknown device appears when you plug it in and try a manual update from the Device Manager, for example.

What to do... The driver is from 2010... If no independent developer has had the will/time to adapt the driver for W10 since then, it's hopeless... You need a PC equipped with W7, family/friends/work where you can install the application... However, with W10 you can set up a virtual machine and install W7 on it... But it's complicated,
Respecting speed limits is also another option...
    Best regards,
