Triax THR 9500 TNT Decoder

Hello,
We have a Triax THR 9500 TNT decoder. On Thursday, in the middle of the afternoon, we lost FR3 (only) and I tried the regional channels 301, 301... nothing either. Since then, I have done 3 channel scans on Astra, the problem persists. Additionally, some channels (not normally used) from 1015 to 10** have no signal at all.
Is it Astra (I don't think so)? How can a decoder fail on a series of channels (from the same source)? Is it broken, can it be repaired? Thank you for the information.
