Video message playback issue

Hello,

I've had a problem for a few weeks now; I can't watch the videos that people send me via message (with the blue icon and not from the library). The loading icon keeps loading indefinitely. I've already turned my phone off and on, tried with Wi-Fi and mobile data, and I've also reinstalled it, but nothing works.

If you have any idea where the problem might be, could you help me?

I've had the same issue for a few months and I haven't found a solution either.. do you have any updates since August?

Update: actually, I just found out, you need to turn off the battery saver on the app in question! It's working on my end ????
