Hello,
I subscribed to the freebox fiber offer (freebox pop) on 07/20.
I received the box on the 27th, and the technician carried out the connection on the 28th without being able to put it into service.
Display: "test" on the server and flashing LED.
According to Free, I needed to wait a little hour... it's now been 15 days!
On my order tracking page, I am at step 4: Your line is being connected by Free Optique...
Can anyone tell me if this is a malfunction of the box or delays in the connection? When subscribing, everything goes quickly for service promises, I will keep my words to myself.
Thank you for sharing your experience and your advice.

Hello
Have you checked on Free's map that you are indeed eligible?

(Zoom in with +/- until you see your home)

While reading their question ""I received the box on the 27th, the technician connected it on the 28th but couldn't get it into service. Display: "test" on the server and blinking LED."
If they sell subscriptions and send a technician without being sure that the address is eligible... there are certainly questions to be asked! ...
15dB of attenuation, but that would still be a lot; typically in fiber, it's 6 or 7, or he was starting from -7dBm at emission.
