Freebox Fiber Connection Timeframe

Hello,

Following my move, I submitted a request for a Free connection at my new address online on Friday, February 19th. The new building is indeed connected to Fiber by Free.
Since that date, my application has been stuck at step 1: "We have received your registration request on Friday, February 19, 2021."
Despite calls to customer service and empty promises, nothing is moving.
What should I do??? Should I change providers...? I admit this is more than tempting! There's a lack of seriousness at Free.
You might say that "promises are only binding to those who hear them."
With two daughters in college who have most of their classes online, it’s becoming increasingly difficult......

    Hi,
    patience is clearly a disappearing virtue, 10 days is not an unusual waiting period.
    What are the promises in question?
    Are they written?

      10 days to validate a simple moving request... knowing that after that we can expect 30 days before the connection...
      you'll tell me that for the initial connection my daughter waited 5 months for her Internet... My granddaughters had to move in with me to be able to work.

        I won't say anything at all without knowing why.
        5 months is unusual, but it depends on whether the wiring in the apartment was ready or not.
        So no written promises....
        this only applies to those who are willing to listen to them.
