Second screen not detected "no signal" by my PC

Hello,

The problem happened overnight. My second screen connected to the HDMI port of my ASUS laptop is no longer detected by my PC. When I connect the screen via HDMI, it displays "no signal." I tried with another screen and got the same "no signal" issue.

I changed the HDMI cable to see if it was the fault of the cable: still the same problem.

I didn't do any updates in the meantime; I just turned off my PC the night before using the power button directly.

Could it be a graphics driver issue? It was working perfectly the day before, and I haven't updated any drivers.

Best regards

Salut, you can try this, press the Windows + P shortcut and then select Extend or Duplicate as needed.

Thank you for your quick response. However, it doesn't work, my screen is not detected, so Windows + P doesn’t do anything.

    Best regards.

And the Windows + P shortcut does nothing? That's not normal.

It shows me the options to expand, etc., but clicking on them does nothing. That's exactly the problem as described in my post.
